Immunizations

Immunizations are provided:

In Mondovi at the Central Lutheran Church from 4-6 pm

  • 1st Monday of the month (except January is the second Monday due to holiday)
  • Two clinics offered in September for back-to-school vaccinations (9/9 and 9/16)

OR by appointment (call Angela at 608-685-6329)

Immunizations are available free of charge for uninsured and underinsured (ie-insurance doesn't cover vaccines) individuals 0-18. During the pertussis outbreak, adults can receive the Tdap vaccine free of charge. Contact the Health Department for more information to determine if you qualify.

TB skin testing, and Hepatitis B vaccinations are available for the public for a fee.

Although we try not to turn anyone away, all other children are asked to get the vaccines at their healthcare provider.

Those receiving a vaccination for the first time, will be asked to stay 20 minutes following the receipt of the vaccine to make sure there are no reactions.

If you wish to receive the chicken pox (Varicella) vaccine at the Mondovi Immunization Clinic, you must call in advance to reserve a dose.
